অর্ডার প্রসেস (Order Process)
আমাদের কাস্টমাররা নিম্নলিখিত মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করে অর্ডার করতে পারবেন—
ইউনিকো-বিডি ওয়েবসাইট, ম্যাসেঞ্জার, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ, ইনস্টাগ্রাম এবং ফোন কল।
ফোন কলে অর্ডার করলে এসএমএস-এর মাধ্যমে কনফার্মেশন পাঠানো হবে।
ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার করলে ইমেইল এবং হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে কনফার্মেশন পাঠানো হবে।
হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে অর্ডার করলে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপেই কনফার্মেশন যাবে।
ম্যাসেঞ্জারে অর্ডার করলে ম্যাসেঞ্জারেই কনফার্মেশন যাবে।
Customers can place orders through the following channels:
UniqoBD website, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Phone Call.
If an order is placed via phone call, a confirmation will be sent via SMS.
If an order is placed through the website, confirmation will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
If an order is placed via WhatsApp, confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp.
If an order is placed via Messenger, confirmation will be sent via Messenger.

অগ্রিম পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে বর্তমানে কোনো বিশেষ ছাড় প্রদান করা হয় না। তবে ইউনিকোবিডি কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো সময় নীতিমালা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

আমাদের অফিসিয়াল কুরিয়ার পার্টনার Pathao।
ডেলিভারি সময়: ৩–৫ কর্মদিবস।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ১৫০ টাকা (সারা বাংলাদেশে)।
তবে ইউনিকোবিডি কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো সময় ডেলিভারি চার্জ বৃদ্ধি বা হ্রাস করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days.
Delivery Charge: 150 BDT (Nationwide).
However, UniqoBD reserves the right to increase or decrease the delivery charge at any time if necessary.
রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি (Return & Refund Policy)
ইউনিকোবিডি থেকে পাঠানো প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির আগে সম্পূর্ণরূপে চেক করে পাঠানো হয়।
ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের সময় কাস্টমারকে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যানের সামনে প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে নিতে হবে।
ডেলিভারিম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো ধরনের রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
পণ্য ব্যবহার করতে না পারা বা সঠিকভাবে পরিচালনা করতে না জানা কোনো রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের কারণ হিসেবে গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। কিছু প্রোডাক্ট ব্যবহারের জন্য প্র্যাকটিসের প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
All products from UniqoBD are thoroughly checked before dispatch.
Customers must check the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
No return, refund, or exchange will be accepted once the delivery personnel has left.
Lack of knowledge on how to use a product will not be considered a valid reason for return or refund. Some products may require practice to use properly.
